Eligibility for Return & Exchange
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- You notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Products Not Eligible for Return
- Used or washed items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Discounted or promotional items (unless defective)
- Custom or special order products
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Share your order number, a short reason, and a photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

Refund or Replacement

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
